Britney Spears has a brief exchange with a Highway Patrol officer after she was pulled over on a Southern California freeway. Authorities tell PEOPLE they stopped her for driving erratically, but the pop star said she was attempting to avoid the paparazzi. CHP officers called her "cooperative" and let her go.
